Haden Shaw, General Manager of Planning and Feed Milling at Ingham’s, has spent over 20 years working for Ingham’s in New Zealand and Australia. In his current role, he looks after all farming and production planning functions within the Ingham’s poultry network. He also oversees the Ingham’s feed mill in Mount Maunganui.
Haden started at Ingham’s as a graduate in 1998, after completing a technology degree at Massey University. He has spent the majority of his career working in poultry processing operations, with a stint as the Ingham’s New Zealand Operations Manager and a few years at Inghams’ head office in Sydney as the Head of Group Planning. Haden also managed the Ingham’s feed mill in Mount Maunganui from 2008 – 2010.
A member of the NZFMA board since 2022, Haden has a strong understanding of the entire animal feed supply chain, bringing a holistic approach to the NZFMA board.
“Something I hope I can offer the NZFMA board is a deep understanding of the feed milling supply chain. It’s so easy to become focused on one part of the supply chain, but it’s important to view any issues or opportunities from an integrated perspective.”
